Blackbridge Sports has formed a strategic partnership with Students for International Football Finance (SIFF), the first student-led association focused on football finance.
Founded in 2025 by Bocconi University students, SIFF is a growing network now representing 25 members and expanding across Europe and the United States.
Under this partnership, an initial cohort of 15 SIFF members will support Blackbridge on live European football M&A work, delivering research-driven insights, financial modelling and market mapping. Joint work with two European clubs is already planned.
The scope includes club research briefs, valuation comparables, ownership and regulatory mapping, financial model builds and support on data hygiene for datarooms. Work will follow Blackbridge processes on confidentiality, verification and version control to keep standards tight and execution fast.
This collaboration strengthens SIFF’s exposure to real transactions while giving Blackbridge additional analytical capacity on active mandates. By combining SIFF’s analytical capability with our transactional experience, we aim to contribute meaningfully to the evolving landscape of football club ownership and investment in Europe.
Students interested in SIFF’s programmes should reach out to SIFF directly.
